MCWH is currently hiring a Training and Capacity Building Manager to lead our team of training and capacity building professionals. The Training and Capacity Building Manager will be focused on bringing our vision to life by managing and overseeing the development and implementation of training and capacity building activities.

This is a 2-year fixed term full-time (38 hours per week) position and is remunerated at SCHADS Award Level 7 pay point 1-3 depending on experience.
Key Selection Criteria
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a training or education role
- Highly developed advocacy, research, training and communication skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and liaison experience with a wide range of organisationsand individuals of varying backgrounds
- Highly developed understanding of migrant and refugee women’s health from a feminist, intersectional perspective
- Confidence with relevant IT systems including but not limited to Xero and Microsoft Excel

- Experience applying systems thinking and coaching your team to develop their
systems thinking - Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confidence, ability and capacity to meet regular reporting deadlines
