Bilingual Health Educator
Yi is a bilingual health educator with Health in My Language project who delivers health sessions in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Yi completed a Master of Social Work from Sun Yat-sen University in China. She is passionate about gender equality and against gender-based violence. Yi believes that creating safe and gender-friendly spaces for women to share evidence-based information, resources and life experiences could have empowering and significant impacts on women’s daily life. As a new migrant woman, Yi is dedicated to working with migrant and refugee women to improve their health and wellbeing.
