Program Officer
Nalika is Health Education Support Officer for the WOMHEn project while also working as Partnership Liaison Officer for the Health in My Language project. She has a Master of Social Health (Medical Anthropology) and experience across academia, public health, and digital media. Nalika first migrated to Australia from Sri Lanka in 2006, moved to Singapore with her family in 2012, and then back to Sri Lanka. She returned to Melbourne in 2021 and joined MCWH that year. Her career journeyed with her and she has always worked with women from diverse backgrounds. Nalika is also a competent Sinhalese speaker and enjoys being in nature whenever possible.
