Marianna has a Bachelor of Social Science/Community Development and has over twenty years’ experience in health education, working with a number of organisations, including the Cancer Council (since 1996), MCWH (since 1999) and Ambulance Victoria. Marianna’s passion and dedicated to health education comes from the knowledge that women in her community, as in many others, often miss out on the health information and support that they need, because they are simply not able access information in a language that they can understand, either written or verbal. Marianna speaks and writes Croatian as well as understanding Bosnian and some Macedonian dialects.
