Business Development Manager
As MCWH’s Business Development Manager, Manon is part of the senior leadership team and responsible for driving the growth and sustainability of the organisation through strategic business development initiatives.
Manon has close to 10 years’ experience in international, national, and grassroots not-for-profits around the world. She has designed, implemented, and managed programs focused on women and youth empowerment, health governance, health access, wellbeing and active travel in 7 countries. She has also led departments and has overseen fundraising strategies, fund sourcing, and funding development.
Manon has a Master of Science in International Development Project Management, and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Conflict Management. Her master’s thesis focused on “The integration models of Roma communities within European Nation-States: the special case of Spain”.
Manon has worked and studied in France, Nepal, India, Germany, Spain, the UK and now calls Australia home. She speaks French, English, and Spanish and has also studied Russian, Hindi, and German.
