With the Gender Equality Act coming into effect in March 2021, we are so thrilled to launch our two new resources:
- 5 ways intersectionality helps us to understand gender inequality in the workplace, and
- 5 ways intersectionality can strengthen gender equality planning and action in the workplace
We hope these resources can help organisations in the Victorian public sector, local councils and universities understand the intersectional approach that the Gender Equality Act takes, and how it can strengthen their gender equality planning and action in the years to come!
