4 New Thai Language Resources on Family Violence

As part of the ‘Strengthening Our Collective Knowledge’ Project, MCWH has published 4 new videos in Thai on identifying different forms of family violence and what services are available to support those who have experienced family violence in Australia.

These resources were developed as a part of the Strengthening Our Collective Knowledge Project. This project involved engaging nine women from migrant and refugee backgrounds who speak Thai, Farsi, Dari, Hindi and Sudanese. Over a period of 19 months, MCWH used a co-design approach to work alongside women community leaders to create culturally appropriate, in-language resources, aimed at promoting gender equality and raising awareness about family violence.

This project is funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
